Upcoming Closures
August 29th - September 2nd
We will be closed from Thursday, August 29th to Monday, September 2nd for staff professional development and Labour Day weekend. Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd.
September 30th
We will be closed on Monday, September 30th for Truth and Reconciliation Day.
Tuitions are billed based on receiving 4 weekly classes in a month. Should you receive anything less that 4 classes due to a scheduled closure, your tuitions will be automatically pro-rated.
Membership Fee
Our 2024-2025 Membership and Registration fee of $60 will be charged for all members on September 1st. The membership fee is non-refundable and is valid through to August 31st, 2025. For details on what our membership includes, head over to our membership page for more information!

Every year, we choose a theme that we feel will represent our upcoming goals that we'd like to achieve in our community for the year. This year's theme is "Shine Bright. Share Light". We are excited to share light and brighten our community through the love of sport, community events, and more. Stay tuned for upcoming initiatives!
Important Policies
Make-up Classes
We have updated our make-up token policy! As of September 1st, any new make-up tokens will expire after 90 days. Make-up classes are available as an additional member service to Splitz families. Once a class has been missed, you are allotted 1 make-up token per month and must be used while enrolled in an active class. Make-up tokens are to be booked directly through your online account. Please note that any tokens received prior to September 1st will fall under our previous policy and will not expire. Tokens received after September 1st will expire after 90 days.
Withdrawal Policy
A request to withdraw is required to cancel your child’s membership. The withdraw request must be received by the 15th of the desired drop month in order to be processed. Requests to withdraw may be submitted through our parent portal, by email, by phone, or in person during office hours. Your child may attend their final classes and you no longer have any financial obligations. Requests received after the 15th of the month will receive a drop date for the end of the following month.

Pins are received by passing a level, attending a Splitz event, and so many more opportunities. Watch your collection grow as you progress through our Splitz programming. Splitz Gymnastics App
We are happy to announce that we now have a mobile application that makes it easier than ever for you to enroll, book make-up classes, record an absence and more — all on the go!
Enable push notifications and never miss an announcement from us again! We are excited to share our new app with you and hope that you enjoy staying connected on the go.
Once you have downloaded the app, you will use the organization code splitzcloverdale or splitzabbotsford to access your login page.
Do not create a new account. Please use the primary email that you have on file and the password used to initially create your account. If you are unsure of your password, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’d be happy to send you a password reset email.
To access your make-ups, evaluations, absences and more:
Once you have logged into your account, click “Account” at the bottom of the page. From here, you will see your child’s name and photo at the top of the page. Click on their photo. You will be able to view your child’s evaluations, book make-up classes, submit an absence and more.
Make-up Classes
To book a make-up class, first follow the steps above. Once you have reached the make-ups page, click to view your available token and then select “request”. You will automatically see “todays” availability. Select the calendar at the top of the page to view up to a two-week period and select a day that best works for your schedule.
