LEADERSHIP IN TRAINING (LIT) PROGRAM

Splitz is proud to offer a Leadership in Training program at our Abbotsford location!

This program focuses on identifying the qualities that make a good leader and how to develop and apply them to help with future employment opportunities and confidence. Basic gymnastics skills will be taught, along with tips and techniques to pass on that information to other learners. Our aim is to help participants develop leadership skills that can be used, not just as a coach, but also throughout other aspects of student and work life to help identify and achieve goals.

Classes will be a hybrid between round table discussions and physical activity, with the addition of hands-on coaching experience and an interview opportunity at the end of the 7 week session. No prior gymnastics experience is required and will be open to participants between ages 15 – 17. Additional shadow coaching shifts are available and strongly recommended and can be made to fit your schedule. Ready to register? Have a parent or guardian create an account on our website and add you as a student. After that, there are two ways to complete the registration process:

  1. $50+tax course fee charged to account
